  Local Family in need. Last Sunday Morning @ 9:30 Our Fire Department responded to a house fire on Hall road. A passerby saw the flames and smoke and called 911.  The home was rented by Joseph and Michelle Carrasao and their 14 year old daughter.   The fire was contained to 1 room. Heavy Heat and smoke damage to the rest of the house. They were renting the house and have no renters insurance.   They lost everything but a few clothes they had with them...
